CLERGY – Card #1
Your minister welcomes you into his office and closes the door. You tell him about Curtis’ violence and how confused you feel. “I don’t know what to do,” you say.
He invites you to pray with him for both you and Curtis. He asks you to name the stresses in Curtis’ life and reminds you that no one is perfect. “To walk in another mans shoes always brings understanding.” He tells you that it’s harder to resolve problems if you always run away from them.
At the end of the meeting, that minister suggest couples counseling for you and Curtis.
